If you’re feeling down, you can say it with a smile or with a nod.
The word of affirmation can be as simple as, “I’m feeling better” or as complex as, You’re doing great.

The word of confirmation comes in two varieties: positive and negative.
A positive word of reassurance can be anything that feels good, from eating healthier, to staying active, to getting a haircut, to even doing the dishes.
A negative word of reaffirmation can come in the form of negative thoughts.
It can be something like, “This is too much work,” or “I wish I could do it.”
It’s important to be aware that if you’re not feeling positive or negative, you might be feeling negative thoughts about yourself or about how you’re doing things.
So it’s important that you take time to be mindful of the different types of thoughts that you might have.
